1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of www.sinoawards.com and any quotation, order or supply of goods by Miracle Custom Limited, trading as Sino Awards ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or order from us.

2. Use of the Website

You may use this website for lawful business purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at a volume that affects other users, or use its content in a way that infringes our rights. All text, images, product photographs and page designs on this site are owned by us or licensed to us and may not be reproduced commercially without our written permission.

3. Quotations and Pricing

• Prices shown or quoted are indicative and are based on the specification, quantity and delivery destination you provide.
• A quotation is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing and you have paid the required deposit.
• Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude freight, insurance, duties, taxes and any third-party testing or certification costs.
• Quotations are valid for 30 days. Material, plating and freight costs can change, and we will inform you before proceeding if a confirmed order is affected.

4. Orders, Artwork and Samples

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the artwork, text, spelling, dates, logos and colours you supply, and you confirm that you own or are licensed to use all artwork you send us.
• We may request a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG). Where only low-resolution artwork is available, we will advise on the achievable result.
• Production starts after you approve the digital proof. Once a proof is approved, changes to size, material, plating or quantity may not be possible and may incur additional cost.
• Physical samples can be produced on request. Sample charges and lead times are quoted separately.

5. Production Tolerances

Custom metal and plastic products are manufactured to normal trade tolerances. Small variations in dimension, weight, colour shade, plating tone, enamel gloss, surface finish and edge detail may occur between pieces and between production runs. Photographs and digital renderings, including proofs, are representations and are not a guarantee of an exact colour match, because monitors, lighting and plating baths vary.

6. Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, orders require a deposit before production and payment of the balance before shipment. We accept the payment methods stated in your order confirmation. Bank charges and currency conversion costs are payable by you. Where payment is overdue, we may suspend production or withhold shipment.

7. Shipping, Delivery and Risk

• Lead times are estimates given in good faith and start from the date of proof approval and receipt of the deposit.
• Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspection, carrier disruption, weather, public holidays (including Chinese New Year factory closures) or other events outside our reasonable control.
• Unless agreed otherwise, risk passes to you on delivery to the carrier, and title passes when we have received payment in full.
• Duties, taxes and customs clearance charges at destination are your responsibility. Where you nominate your own freight forwarder, we are not responsible for their actions.

8. Quality, Claims and Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your order. Please inspect goods on arrival. If you believe the goods do not conform to the approved proof or order specification, notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery with photographs and the relevant order number. We will then, at our option, repair, replace or credit the affected goods. This does not apply to variations within normal trade tolerances, to artwork or text errors that were present in the proof you approved, or to damage caused after delivery. Custom-made goods cannot be returned for change of mind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of event revenue or reputational loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

You own the designs and logos you provide, and you grant us a licence to use them solely to manufacture your order. We may photograph finished products for our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to, and we will not disclose your confidential business information to third parties except as needed to fulfil your order.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms and any contract formed under them are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute by good-faith negotiation. If that fails, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China, unless mandatory consumer or contract law in your country gives you a different right.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order. The "last updated" date above shows the current version.
