First-Time Buyer's Guide to Custom Metal Products

If this is your first time ordering custom medals, challenge coins, lapel pins, or keychains from a factory in China, this guide explains the whole process from idea to delivery.

Send Your Idea or Artwork

Email us, message us on WhatsApp, or use the contact form. Send your design, sketch, logo, or reference image. If you don't have artwork, just tell us the event type, product, quantity, and any style you like.

Receive a Free Design Proof

Our design team prepares a digital proof, usually within one business day. You can request revisions before production begins. There is no charge for artwork or digital proofs.

Confirm Quotation & Pay Deposit

We calculate pricing based on quantity, size, material, process, plating, special effects, packaging, and shipping. A 30% deposit starts production; the balance is due before shipment.

Production & Quality Control

Your order goes through mold making, casting or stamping, polishing, plating, coloring, assembly, and final inspection. Standard production takes about 10–15 business days.

Packing & Global Delivery

Products are packed in export-quality packaging and shipped by FedEx, DHL, UPS, or TNT. FedEx priority takes 2–3 business days; FedEx economy takes 4–7 business days to most countries.

Why can't I get a unit price immediately?

Custom products are priced by design complexity, size, quantity, material, process, plating, enamel or printing colors, special effects, packaging, shipping destination, and deadline. Once we know these details, we give you the best quotation.

Accepted file formats

We prefer AI, CDR, PDF, or EPS vector files with fonts converted to outlines. We also accept PSD, PNG, JPG, TIFF, GIF, PPT, and DOC at 300 dpi or higher. Large files can be sent via WeTransfer.

Payment & shipping

We accept T/T, PayPal, credit/debit cards, Western Union, MoneyGram, Sigue, Wise, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. We ship worldwide with full tracking.
