This website, www.sinoawards.com, is operated by Miracle Custom Limited, trading as Sino Awards ("we", "us", "our"). We manufacture custom medals, challenge coins, lapel pins, keychains, metal souvenirs and related promotional products at our factory in Dongguan, Guangdong, China.

When you request a quote, send us artwork, place an order or contact us by email, WhatsApp or a form on this site, we may collect your name, company name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, shipping and billing address, order details, artwork and design files, and the content of your messages.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the pages you visit. This is used for security, troubleshooting and anonymous traffic statistics.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use strictly necessary cookies to make the site work. Where analytics or embedded third-party content is used, those services may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential parts of the site may then not work as intended.

4. Google API Data (Search Console)

We operate a private, internal reporting tool that uses Google APIs, specifically the Google Search Console API, to read the search performance data of our own website (www.sinoawards.com).

• The tool reads only the Google Search Console property that we own and have verified.
• It uses read-only access. It cannot change, delete or publish anything in your Google Account, and it does not access Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts or any other Google service.
• Google Search Console data is used solely to analyse and improve our own website's search visibility. It is not sold, rented, transferred or shared with any third party, and it is not used for advertising, profiling or creditworthiness purposes.
• Access is authorised by the owner of the property and can be revoked at any time from the Google Account's security settings or from Google Search Console user permissions.

We do not sell your personal data.
