At Sino Awards, our product design service helps you refine your concept, choose the right materials and finishes, and prepare artwork that translates perfectly into metal. Whether you have a finished vector file or just a rough sketch, our design team works with you at no extra cost.

We specialize in designs for events, corporate branding, military units, schools, sports clubs, and promotional campaigns. Our goal is to make sure your product not only looks great but also fits your budget, timeline, and intended use.

Free Design Assistance

Our professional designers review your artwork, fix common issues, and suggest improvements to make production easier and the final product cleaner. We never charge for design help or digital proofs.

Digital Proofs

Before production begins, you receive a detailed digital proof showing exactly how your product will look. This gives you a chance to approve the design or request changes without any surprise costs.

Any Shape & Size

We can manufacture products in almost any shape or size. Standard medals range from 1.5 to 3 inches, but we regularly produce smaller pins, larger commemorative pieces, and custom-shaped designs.

Multiple Finishes

Choose from gold, silver, bronze, nickel, black nickel, antique brass, antique copper, rose gold, and rainbow finishes. We also offer matte, shiny, and dual-tone plating options.

Artwork File Guidelines

To get the best results, we recommend submitting vector files such as AI, CDR, PDF, or EPS. High-resolution raster files (PSD, PNG, JPG, TIFF) are also accepted, but vector artwork ensures the sharpest details. If you are unsure whether your file is suitable, send it to us and we will evaluate it for free.

Design Process

  1. Submit your idea: Send us your logo, sketch, or concept along with quantity, size, and material preferences.
  2. Design review: Our team checks feasibility and prepares a production-ready layout.
  3. Digital proof: You receive a proof for approval before mold making begins.
  4. Production: Once approved, we move into mold making and mass production.
